Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act: Four factors of the law and what is in it for you

The new Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act sounds like a win-win situation. It will help students financial as well as those who are stakeholders in the college financial aid system. The new law includes more federal Pell Grant money...a whopping $40 billion. Also, the new measure makes that the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) easier to fill out. This should eliminate some worry. So, no more guessing or wondering if you are filling out the form properly.

Receiving financial aid and not receiving financial aid I will address four factors of the Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act.

College Access and completion programs
There will be more money set aside for this.

Federal Pell Grant Money
More money for the Pell Grant

Low interest rates

FAFSA form easier to complete
